Senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine voted to BLOCK a bill that would have PREVENTED biological males from participating in women’s sports from reaching the Senate Floor!

03/03/2025: DEMOCRATS IN THE SENATE VOTE AGAINST KEEPING BIOLOGICAL MALES
OUT OF WOMEN'S SPORTS!!!

Despite the bill having PASSED in the HOUSE, and public opinion overwhelmingly in support of the measure, DEMOCRATS in the Senate (including Mark Warner and TIm Kaine) voted "NO" and BLOCKED a bill that would have PREVENTED BIOLOGICAL MALES from competing in WOMEN'S SPORTS from reaching the floor of the SENATE.

Senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine voted to BLOCK a bill  that would have PREVENTED biological males from participating in women’s sports from reaching the Senate Floor!

"After watching the President’s speech to Congress and seeing the results of the legislation regarding biological boys participating in biological girls sports, with both our US Senators voting against this legislation, I wonder if we should take a moment to highlight that story.

"As a parent of a girl, who played high school basketball and volleyball, I find it extremely disturbing that our US Senators

voted against this bill.  Not only does permitting this activity make the playing field uneven and unfair, but it increases the risk of injury for young girls, and it damages the self confidence of these young girls. 

"Title IX was supposed to bring girl athletes in line with boy athletes.

"Those a few of my thoughts on this topic.  And I believe more should be said about people who seem to me to be trying to put obstacles in the path of young girls’ development and success.
