WHO WE ARE
The Shenandoah County Republican Committee (SCRC) is the official Unit of the Republican Party for our County. 59 of our voting members are organized into Six Magisterial Districts and Twelve Precincts (see below). We also have 26 at-large voting members. Additionally, we have a large and growing number of Associate (non-voting) members who have added greatly to the strength and success of our Party.

WHAT WE DO
The SCRC is a working committee. We are growing, active, united, and effective. We get great Republican candidates elected to office.
We fully support and adhere to the US Constitution, the Virginia Constitution, the Virginia Republican Creed, and the Platform of the Republican Party. Those four documents direct and inform the work of our organization without exception.
The objective in all the work we do is to promote wise public and political policy to benefit the citizens of Shenandoah County. Therefore, the SCRC will

It has been said that “All those Republicans do is meet together.” However, in looking at the SCRC of today, nothing could be further from the truth.
THE SCRC IS UNITED AND STRONG FOR A BETTER SHENANDOAH COUNTY
We are a “working” committee, with many ongoing projects that are geared towards getting strong Republicans elected and ensuring a well-run government. All of our projects are set up to achieve our three major goals: 1) growing our Party; 2) making it as active as possible; and 3) making our Party united and effective. By achieving these goals, we will be strong and capable of ensuring our Constitutional Rights are protected and that Shenandoah County remains the absolute best place to live and work.

- promote and advance the conservative principles of the Republican Party of Virginia and the national party as a whole,
- help recruit and elect qualified candidates for party and public office,
- educate voters on issues of importance,
- assist and encourage elected officials to faithfully execute their responsibilities in manners most consistent with Republican policy positions,
- advocate the highest levels of ethical conduct at all levels of candidacy for office throughout our County, District, State, and Nation, and finally
- diligently follow The Shenandoah Resolution on the Purpose of Government
